Practical assessment:
◉ This step towards achieving the complete Lean Green Belt certificate involves the submission of a Lean Green Belt project to APMG for assessment.
◉ The project must demonstrate a financial impact of €10,000 on an annual basis or another relevant CTQ (e.g. lead time) has substantially been improved.
◉ The project must follow the PDCA or DMAIC roadmap. PDCA and DMAIC review templates are available from the LSSA website.
◉ The project should be signed off by the Champion to declare that the project has been carried out professionally and that improvements are achieved and sustainable.
◉ The project must be submitted no later than three years after passing the theory exam.
